The Cantata Criolla with the Choeur de Montréal and two great soloists from Venezuela will highlight our opening concert in authentic South American fashion. Also, from Venezuela, the world premier of a work for six cellos and orchestra to be performed by six outstanding students of Yuli Turovsky, internationally renowned cellist and pedagogue. With the surprising and unusual Coups d’archets by Quebec’s own Denis Gougeon and a Lark Ascending, this will be an unforgettable musical celebration!
